The Problem: Client had a new hire who was Hard of Hearing and wanted to learn tips they could share with the whole office to best talk with, include, and work with the colleague.
The Solution: This Vyond video showcases strategies managers and other team members can use to talk with and include colleagues who may be Hard of Hearing in the workplace.

Patient Information and Privacy at Anyah Medical
The Problem: Hospital administrators noted that 70% of staff did not follow protocol regarding patient protected information (PPHI). Staff were leaving documents in unsecure locations and discussing private information in not fully private areas. We found that 45% percent of staff were not able to identify proper Anyah Medical prescribed steps for sharing PPHI after patient requests.
The Solution: I partnered with Anyah Medical to create a Camtasia video for all Anyah Medical Plaza staff (administrators, technicians, nurses, doctors) that interact with patient information.

Finding Your Perfect Furry Friend
The Problem: Client pet shelter has been seeing a lot of pandemic dogs returned. Former owners state that they were not ready for "a dog like that". Shelter wants to create a video to inform prospective dog owners of what they should consider when determining which dog to add to their home home.
The Solution: This Vyond animated video breaks down the American Kennel Club (AKC) six factors to consider when picking a dog. This module will bring behavior changes related to prospective dog owners thinking bigger picture when they select a dog - not just cute factors.
